I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and I have dedicated my life to helping people that struggle with anxiety, compulsive disorders, alcohol cessation, and anger management. I also work with couples to improve communication and reconnect.

During our first appointment I will find out more about the problem and help you to set goals. I have a solution focused approach and our meeting will be conversational in nature. I like to hear your take on the problem, get a good feel for what is going on, and then start working on what to do to fix it.
